Local District Experiences lists a variety of initiatives made to improve district health in Tanzania. These 'homegrown' solutions can assist you improving health in your own district. After reading it can be necessary to contact the district to get more information or assistance.

Many countries in Africa have a health system similar to the one in Tanzania and have also embarked on health sector reforms. International District Experiences present successful, interesting and intelligent initiatives from other African countries.
