This website contains comprehensive information on district health in Tanzania. It is a place to access and share information and to get inspired to perform better in the district. The target group is primarily District Health Management Teams and other district health stakeholders. But the website is a source of information on district health in Tanzania for all interested parties.

The website is developed by the Health Sector Reform Secretariat and District Health Service, Ministry of Health & Social Welfare, Tanzania and is funded by Danida, Health Sector Programme Support. The website was launched at the annual RMO conference in Mtwara Region, August 3rd 2005.
